Four years of working in the technical industry has made Kaira strengthen her evaluative, critical analysis, and risk management skills. She brought those skills when she decided to shift careers and became a Transaction Coordinator in 2020 and worked with a Real Estate Broker in Florida and now works with Paul Lopez for PropertySourced, a Real Estate and Property Management Company in Central Valley California.

Kaira believes that if you put good into the world, good comes back to you so she uses her extra time feeding stray animals, rescuing and fostering abandoned cats, and doing outreach during calamities in their community.
